Swinburne University of Technology is pleased to announce that the 32nd Symposium of Malaysian Chemical Engineers 2021 (SOMChE2021) will be held on 15 to 16 July 2021. In view of the current pandemic situation, the conference will be held virtually using COMET system <http://registration.sdewes.org/SOMChE2021/virtcon/>. This is the first ever virtual conference of the SOMChE series. The accessibility info will be sent out to the registered delegates in early July before the conference started
The theme of the symposium for this year is “Navigating the Frontier of Sustainability” that embraces the role of chemical engineering in addressing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
In collaboration with IChemE Malaysia, SOMChE2021 is intended to provide a platform for young researchers, scholars, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research findings and innovation in chemical engineering (and related disciplines) and to develop long-term research collaborations.
SOMChE2021 will include keynote addresses by eminent researchers as well as regular and poster sessions.
Conference details:
All accepted papers will be published in Scopus indexed conference proceedings. Template for Abstract, Full Paper, Poster and Virtual Presentation Guide Submission. The guideline for referencing and the EndNote output style for IOP Vancouver for Full Paper submission. Poster Submission is only for delegates who have been accepted for poster presentation. For oral presentation, a 10-minute PowerPoint slide should be prepared (note: the 10-minute presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session).
