Chasing Butterflies and Other Unknowns: The Work of A.R. Wallace
British naturalist and explorer, Alfred Russel Wallace may not be as popular as his peer, Charles Darwin, but that does not stop him from being legendary in his own right. Join Patricia Vickers-Rich in her talk about exactly why A.R Wallace is her personal hero. Discover the Wallace Line and check out the new findings on why this boundary sets our wildlife apart from those in Australasia — something Wallace himself never found out. Also, be the first to see footage from the in-the-works documentary Patricia is working on with John van Wyhe and Steve Pritchard — so don’t miss out!
