Mohd Elfy Mersal received his BEng(Hons) in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). He completed his Master’s in 2020 at Swinburne University.
Elfy joined the School of Engineering, Swinburne University of Technology (Sarawak Campus), as an Associate Lecturer in 2012.
