4th Swinburne Sarawak Postgraduate Research Conference 2023 Pillars for Sustainability

Swinburne University of Technology is pleased to announce that the 4th Swinburne Sarawak Postgraduate Research Conference (SSPRC) 2023 will be held from 3 to 4 Aug 2023. The conference will be held in hybrid mode, where non-Swinburne applicants can opt to join virtually or physically in Kuching, Malaysia. More info on the online delivery will be announced by July 2023.

The theme of the conference for this year is “Pillars for sustainability”, which embraces the innovative interventions related to human, social, environmental and economic aspects in realizing the sustainable goals.

SSPRC 2023 is intended to provide a platform for young researchers, scholars, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research findings and innovations that contribute to sustainable development.

SSPRC 2023 will include oral presentations and plenary speeches addressed by eminent researchers.


Participants are requested to submit a 2-page extended abstract, which will be shared to all participants as e-compilation. Selected work will be invited for submitting the full manuscript to the indexed journals.

All invited papers will need to fully comply with the journal guidelines and pass through the normal journal procedure. The publications are subjected to the journal peer review.

  • Sunday, 15 Jan 2023 - Online registration and abstract submission opens
  • Wednesday, 31 May 2023 - Abstract submission deadline
  • Thursday, 15 June 2023 - Notification of abstract acceptance status
  • Wednesday, 29 June 2023- Payment due
  • Friday, 15 July 2023 - Event program availability
  • Thursday-Friday, 3 - 4 Aug 2023 - Conference

 

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished 2-page extended abstract (extended abstract template) contributing to any of the sustainability goals. It can root in the following disciplines:
