The School of Engineering organized a webinar titled “Learn & Explore 3D Printing” by guest speakers, Mr. Adrian Teo and Ms. Suad Anwar on 23rd September 2020. Adrian is the program manager of Cytron Technologies, while Suad is a technical marketing engineer at Cytron Technologies. Adrian graduated with Master of Engineering in Electronic Systems from the University Tun Abdul Razak, UTAR. He is a DIY enthusiast and an EdTech Advocate. Suad, on the other hand, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the International Islamic University Malaysia, IIUM. In this webinar, Adrian and Suad shared on the background of 3D printing and some examples of how this technology was used to tackle the shortage of personal protective equipment during this challenging time.  They also did a live demonstration of 3D printing using the Creality Ender 3 V2 Printer. The webinar was beginner-friendly and open to all who are interested in digital making.
