Swinburne Sarawak to hold Pre-U Open Day on 19 and 20 March

KUCHING – Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus will hold its Pre-U Open Day this weekend (19 and 20 March).

SPM school leavers, who are eagerly awaiting the release of their actual result next week, will find the event useful for obtaining more details about foundation programs.

The event will start from 10am to 5pm on both days.

Swinburne Sarawak offers one-year foundation studies in business, design, engineering/science, and information technology/multimedia designed to prepare SPM school leavers for entry into its range of undergraduate programs in engineering, science, commerce/business, ICT and design.

Classes for foundation programs will start on 28 March, and those who successfully complete them can look forward to begin their degree studies in March next year.

Meanwhile, they may apply for entry into foundation studies during the university’s Pre-U Open Day using their forecast results and a copy of their identity card.

Application fee will be waived during the event, and those who meet the entry requirements for a program will be offered a place on the day.
