She finds satisfaction in supporting and learning alongside people in their developmental journey. Her main interest is to study what makes people tick and why people behave the way they do. She is particularly fascinated by how understanding the earliest stage of human development – the early childhood – can help individuals understand themselves and their relationships with the world. She believes teaching-and-learning is a co-constructive process, with sharing of wisdom and new ideas, between people from all walks of life. She believes in nurturing the well-being of educators in the early childhood sectors, as they are the adults other than primary caregivers, with whom young children will be spending majority of their childhood.
