Three undergraduate Mechanical Engineering discipline’s students from Swinburne Sarawak participated in the Innovate Sarawak 2019 event at DeTar PUTRA, UNIMAS on 2nd May 2019.

The students participated are Lim Chan En, Regina Ang Jing Wen and Desmond Choo Yek Sheng, which supervised by two Mechanical Engineering Discipline lecturers, Dr. Chong Kok Hing and Dr. Muhammad Rafiq Mirza Julaihi respectively. During the event, the students presented their works on crashworthiness and aerodynamic optimization of prototype FSAE vehicle through biomimetic approach. Our students were gaining valuable experiences and had the opportunity to engage with real world engineering problem through this event.
