Biography

Nur Hidayah holds a Bachelor’s degree in English (TESOL) from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak and a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication from Universiti Putra Malaysia, reflecting her dedication to both language education and communication. She began her teaching career in 2013 in Malacca before returning to Sarawak in 2014, where she continued to teach in Kuching. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience teaching English and communication courses at various academic levels. Currently, she serves as a Language Lecturer in the School of Foundation Studies, leveraging her academic and professional expertise to contribute meaningfully to the university.

Research Interest

Applied linguistics, language and communication, tertiary transition programs, university preparatory programs, English language engagement, English language curriculum design.
