During my undergraduate studies, I was the only female engineering student in my class and because of that, I anticipated that when I join the industry, woman engineers will be a rare sight. However, when I first joined the work force, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there are equally as many woman engineers as there are male engineers. It is rather comforting to know that there are a growing number of woman engineers who are embracing a career path in this male-dominated field.
