For those who have opted for absentia in their Application for Award/Graduation, any request from Absentia to Attending will not be considered.
Note: Any late Returning Fees / Penalty will be charged as per Regalia Hire (per day) in Ancillary Fees. For mail out, it will be couriered within two (2) weeks after the ceremony dates. Parchment collection and Stage Photo collection after 4 October 2024 will be at SIC, Ground Floor, Block A, Student Central.

How to wear your Swinburne Graduation Regalia
Note:
Should you have authorized a proxy to collect the parchment / regalia / guest tickets on your behalf, an authorization letter must be brought along during the collection day. Do email graduation team graduation@swinburne.edu.my at least a day in advance for our reference.
